We have two locations: 

Grimsby: 37 Main St W Grimsby, ON, L3M1R3

Dunnville: 157 Queen St, Dunnville, ON, N1A 1H7 

Both locations are open Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm.

At this time we do not offer virtual consultations. If you are interested in a piece, please text us and we will send you further information, photos, and videos of the piece.

We specialize in different brands of jewellery and watches. We are an authorized dealer of Simon G, Elle, Pandora and many other jewellery brands. 

We are an authorized dealer of Tissot, Rado and Citizen watches. 

We truly specialize in our estate jewellery and pre-owned watches.

Shopping & Ordering

We offer both in store and online shopping. 

In store shopping: Cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Layaway Program

You can place an item on layaway and make monthly payments on the item until the item has been paid off. The item does remain in our store until payment has been made in full. Please visit this link for a full explanation of our layaway program.

Jewellery items require a 25% non-refundable deposit. 

Pre-owned watches require a 30% non-refundable deposit.

Jewellery items can be kept on layaway for six (6) months.

Pre-owned watches can be kept on layaway for a maximum of sixty (60) days. 

Layaways cancelled after thirty (30) days will be subject to a restocking fee. 

Shipping & Returns

We ship out orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. We ship using FedEx. Once the item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. When FedEx picks up the package we do not have control over the delivery times. Please track your package for delivery times.  

Ground shipping is $25 for purchases under $250 and free Ground shipping on orders over $250

Express shipping is $35 for purchases under $1000 and free express shipping on orders over $1000.

All special order items and custom pieces are not eligible for return. Items that have been altered at your request (i.e. re-sized, diamond upgrades, etc.) are not eligible for return. Any items marked final sale or consignment pieces are not eligible for return.

Trade-Up Program & Warranties

Jewellery items must be purchased within three (3) years to qualify for our trade-up program. To view our trade up program, please visit this link.

Harmony Jewellers warrants all of our jewellery to be free of defects in workmanship, and meet proper quality standards for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Physical damage from wear is not warrantied.

Harmony Jewellers guarantees our pre-owned watches to be free from defects in workmanship, and to meet proper working standards for a period of One (1) Year from the date of purchase unless otherwise indicated in the original listing or invoice. This guarantee is void if the watch has been improperly used, abused or altered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wearer use or water damage.
